RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Jazzy Dogs Boutique we want to offer our customers the best products that we can with amazing friendly service.  If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase or it is faulty please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order on info@jazzydogs.com.au and we can discuss a solution.  Please ensure that you have read & understood the T&C’s and we encourage you to read our page on how to measure your dog so as you get the best fit possible for your furry friend.


CHANGE OF MIND
If you would like to return an item due to change of mind or because it is the wrong size, please contact us on info@jazzydogs.com.au immediately after receiving your order.  Please be advised that freight of the item back to us will be at your own cost for change of mind items and the item you are returning must be received back to us no later than 7 days from receiving your order.  Please also include the invoice & the items must be received back to us in the original, unworn condition with tags attached if applicable.  We are under no legal obligation to provide a refund for change of mind purchases, however if the conditions are met as mentioned above we will happily provide a store credit.  Please note this does not include sale items.


FAULTY ITEMS
All goods are inspected upon the packing of your order but if you believe that you have received a faulty item, please email info@jazzydogs.com.au with a description of the problem as well as a digital photo within 7 days of receiving your order.  We will then be in touch to discuss the fault & to send another replacement or to offer a refund if applicable.  Please be advised that a refund/replacement will not be given until we have received the item back.


DAMAGED ITEMS
We pack our items with love and in an unlikely event that they are damaged during transit to you, please email info@jazzydogs.com.au with a digital photo of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving your order.  We will contact you immediately to work out a solution.   


SALE ITEMS

Please choose carefully as sale items will not be refunded or exchanged because of change of mind.  If the sizing does not fit your pooch, please contact us and if we have the size available we will happily swap a different size of the same product. Please be advised that the freight to us and the return of a new sized item will be at your own cost.


P.S  TIPS FOR SENDING ITEMS BACK
When returning an item to us whether it is for change of mind or faulty items, we recommend that you send your goods tracked and with insurance as we will not be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit. Please also ensure that you have packed your parcel well to avoid any damage as damaged items will not be accepted.
